Very clean and in a very nice location of town. Everyone working there was friendly and polite, good location from town and beach. BIG shout out to the gentleman who checked us in. My wife accidentally left her bag with important documents and cash outside while we were taking pictures. We were on our drive to Bacalar and I received a message on WhatsApp informing us that they had found it and would have it for us on our way back through! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

At check in Fonsi was at reception - he is super friendly, easy to talk to and knows a lot about the area. My room was serviced every day without asking. The pasta I tried at the restaurant was delicious and so was a frozen strawberry daiquiri.

Very nice staff. Good size room and comfortable bed. Lovely little balcony where you could listen to the birds. Parking outside. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity although you don't realise this when you first get there as they are hidden away in the surroundings. Very nice pool. Better places for breakfast close by.

We would go back to Niik, just for his wonderful service that made our trip easier and convenient. He cares so much about his guests and the hotel.
